Pricing

Clear scope first. Then a fixed price.

We do not publish figures, because the honest number depends on your workflow, integrations, and data, not on a tier name. What we commit to is a defined scope, a fixed price for it, and a working demo before you spend the build budget.

Custom

Let's talk.

Scoped together

Milestone or monthly, whichever fits

Best for: Platform work, AI and vision workloads, or an ongoing product roadmap.

  • Scoped to your exact operation
  • Dedicated engineering capacity
  • AI, cloud, and computer-vision workloads
  • Flexible monthly engagement
  • Long-term product partnership
Start a conversation

Tiers describe the shape of an engagement, not a price list. Two Growth projects can differ substantially depending on integrations, data quality, and compliance requirements.

A demo before you commit

For Starter and Growth work we build the core workflow first, so you decide after seeing it running.

Fixed price per scope

Once discovery defines the scope, the price for that scope is fixed. Changes are quoted, not absorbed silently.

You own the code

Deployed to your own cloud account and handed over with the repository, documentation, and configuration.

No lock-in

Support after launch is an agreement you choose to renew, not a dependency you cannot leave.

01Add to any tier

Priced separately, added when useful

These are quoted on their own so you are never paying for capability you do not need yet.

Discovery sprint

One to two weeks mapping the workflow, users, data, and integrations before any build is quoted.

AI agent module

A grounded assistant for support, ordering, documents, or internal questions, with human handoff.

AWS deployment & monitoring

Infrastructure, CI/CD, alerting, backups, and cost visibility set up in your own account.

Integration build

A single connection built and tested end to end, payments, CRM, accounting, messaging, or a custom API.

Support retainer

An agreed monthly block for fixes, upgrades, monitoring, and small improvements.

Audit & rescue

A review of an existing codebase covering security, performance, accessibility, and what it would take to move forward.

02Questions we get asked

Before you ask for a quote

Why are there no fixed prices on this page?

Because the honest number depends on your workflow, roles, integrations, and data quality, not on a tier name. Quoting before understanding those things produces a figure that has to be revised later, which is worse for both of us. After a short discovery conversation we quote a fixed price for a defined scope.

Do I really get a demo before paying for the build?

Yes. For Starter and Growth work we build a demo of the core workflow first so you can see the idea working before committing to the full build. If it does not convince you, you have not spent the build budget.

Who owns the code?

You do. Work is deployed to your own cloud account and handed over with the repository, documentation, and environment configuration. There is no lock-in that requires you to keep working with us.

What happens after launch?

Every tier includes a post-launch support window for fixes and adjustments. After that you can move to a support retainer, take it in-house with the handover documentation, or come back for the next phase.

Can you work with our existing system instead of rebuilding it?

Usually, yes. A lot of our work sits alongside existing systems and connects to them rather than replacing them. If a rebuild genuinely is the cheaper path we will say so and explain why.

How do you handle confidential information?

Discovery happens under an agreement before any production data changes hands, and we do not need real customer records to scope work. Please do not send credentials, keys, or production exports through the website form.

Next step

Describe the workflow. Get a real number.

One conversation is usually enough to tell you which tier fits, what the first phase should contain, and what it will cost.
