The challenge

Compliance work combines changing statutory dates, company records, document drafting, approvals, and sensitive access rules. AI assistance also needs controlled facts, spend limits, and secure draft ownership.

The solution

We worked on a role-based workspace combining company portfolios, filing calendars, AI-assisted statutory drafting, document history, collaboration, notifications, and administrative AI controls.
