The challenge

Bulk personalized communication requires recipient validation, unique document generation, session and schedule management, failure retries, country pricing, balance holds, and operational reporting.

The solution

We worked on an end-to-end campaign product combining visual templates, recipient processing, cloud document generation, WhatsApp delivery, schedules, reminders, credits, and role-based administration.
